SBCC_Capacity Tool ThumbnailC-Change developed the Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) Capacity  Assessment Tool to help organizations that work in health and development communication to assess their technical capacity to carry out SBCC programming. The Tool is used to assess standards of quality for three core SBCC program components: planning and design, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E). It is used to identify areas where an organization needs capacity strengthening to more effectively implement SBCC programming and to define the activities needed to strengthen and refocus programs to improve the quality of SBCC programming.

A Portuguese version of the tool is also available for download.
