This report summarizes the Whole-System-in-the-Room (WSR) workshop that was held as part of the SCALE® activity being implemented by C-Change in Jharkhand, India. Captured in the report is the process, dialogue, and synergy that emerges when a broad range of stakeholders from vastly different sectors come together for three days to explore an issue—youth health and fertility in Jharkhand—and work together to find solutions. The workshop was held in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand in July 2009.
