C-Change led a participatory learning workshop on social and behavior change communication (SBCC) programming with Southern African AIDS Trust (SAT) in January-February 2010. Twenty-three participants from Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe attended the 10-day workshop in Johannesburg, South Africa.

The hands-on, participatory learning course used the new C-Change training modules, Understanding Social and Behavior Change Communication - a Course in 6 Modules, to strengthen the capacity of organizations and their professionals to carry out evidence-based HIV prevention activities in Nigeria.

C-Change conducted Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) capacity strengthening training in Kisumu and Nakuru, Kenya during November and December 2009 with three partner organizations--Merlin, PATH, and World Vision, which are funded by USAID through C-Change.
