C-Change recently began work in Jamaica with an assessment of government and civil society sector responses to HIV prevention needs for most-at-risk-populations (MARP), including men who have sex with men (MSM) and sex workers (SW)--groups that are also vulnerable to human rights abuses.

C-Change recently completed a 4-day training in Namibia for 20 people from three local organizations on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and data collection methods and ethics around their HIV prevention work. This was the first of a four-part capacity strengthening series aimed at improving agencies’ ability to monitor outcomes and results of their programs.
