The Academy for Educational Development (AED), a USAID recipient, is hereby seeking a proposal from qualified organizations to carry out the follow-up survey on multiple and concurrent sexual partners among Basotho men. This service is being procured for the USAID Communication for Change Program (C-Change). This activity is managed by AED. A complete PDF copy of the request for proposal (RFP) is available below.

If your firm will be submitting a proposal, please submit one electronic copy of your proposal, and all supporting documents, duly completed and signed (scanned signatures are acceptable) to Adrienne Shade via email at ashade@aed.org. If you decide to submit a proposal, it must be received no later than 5:00 PM, Washington, DC time July 1, 2010.
