Senior Communications Specialist III for Capacity Strengthening

The Senior Communication Specialist will be a senior member of the C-Change team and provide technical leadership and input to the capacity strengthening activities of C-Change at HQ and in the field. He/she is responsible for design, implementation and initiating capacity strengthening frameworks and activities with partners and projects in Africa and other regions, as required. The work includes development and facilitation of capacity strengthening activities and materials in the analysis, design, materials development, implementation management and monitoring and evaluation of effective SBCC programs in the areas of HIV/AIDS, RH and malaria. The scope of work also includes coordination and oversight over the capacity strengthening activities of five of the ten C-Change partners, and the use of existing curricula, tools and materials by C-Change implementers, researchers, partners, and subcontractors at HQ and in the field.
